Found this hidden gem in Lawton, OK, called “The Yum Yum Box”. Hidden because you can pass right by not knowing it’s a restaurant. Chile that title did not disappoint because babbyyy from the food to the aesthetics to the customer service is all top tier!. Executive Chief TAMMY 10/10. I love the fact each table has hand sanitizer. You get a nice size piece of cake too, I got the lemon cake. I ordered fish w/ Mac & cheese, yams & greens. Even the fruit punch was heavenly omg. Ya”ll Tammy did not disappoint not one bit!!.

If you are ever in Lawton OK, I would definitely recommend everyone check this restaurant out!

I came with my family to see my grandson graduate from basic training and we all decided on the yum yum box for dinner. This was an amazing decision! I had the catfish, Mac and cheese, and french fries and it really is very good food. I also tasted the fried pork chops and It was the best pork chops I have ever eaten! The ladies are amazing and the atmosphere was very good and clean! Thank you ladies for the great dinner and experience. God bless you all

My family and I are visiting from Texas and had to stop in and try this soul food. Ever since my grandmother passed away I've been missing her southern fried food and nothing ever hits the spot. This was delicious. The fried pork chop was just perfect, best I've ever had. The fried chicken and fish was delicious too. The people were so kind and eager to help. Do your self a favor and try this place out

Man this is a hidden gem here in Lawton. Some of the best food I’ve had in a long time, every bite had great amount of flavor. I promise it’s the best spot here for a plate. Makes you feel at home and the portions are great/very filling!! Any time I come to Lawton I will make this a guaranteed stop for food.

I got the fried chicken and mashed potatoes. It was fresh whenever i picked it up. The mashed potatoes and the fried chicken was seasoned very well. And for dessert i got the German chocolate cake it was amazing! Definitely going back!

Most of the restaurants in town overcharge and the food is just ok. The Yum Yum box has some of the best food. We ordered the Catfish and fried chicken baskets came with choice of sides we had mac and cheese, greens and mashed potatoes with gravy. Everything was delicious and cooked to perfection! The cake was delicious too! Not overpriced at all. You actually get what you pay for which is taste and food that is cooked by someone who knows what they're doing.

There are no obvious signs and easy to pass by this place, but would recommend to turn around and give it a try. Both the wife and I had fish, was excellent. Wife enjoyed the fries and the Mac & Cheese was great. The green beans were just ok. The cake is amazing, def don't pass up on dessert. If I lived closer, would definitely return. Service was excellent as well!
